Mark has been a member of Keating, Bucklin & McCormack, Inc., P.S., and its predecessor firm, Law Offices of Robert C. Keating) since 1979. He was a founder of the firm, and served as the President, Managing Shareholder and Chairman of the Board of Directors from 1982 to 2011. His practice encompasses a wide range of areas including civil rights litigation, police liability, employment law, personal injury, complex litigation involving governmental operations, and policy development and review. In addition to his busy litigation practice, Mark also serves as the General Counsel for Washington Cities Insurance Authority, and has been their General Counsel since 1981.
